Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (including print-on-demand and personalized items), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return request has been approved.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
